Appreciating the power of the smallest details shared between people, Jade even considers the effect of her environment’s atmosphere during her coaching sessions. At one point during a session of ours, she paused briefly to adjust the lighting in her room. Afterwards, she explained that the previous lighting was casting shadows under her eyes, potentially obscuring my ability to read the emotions clearly on her face. (Until then I had never fully appreciated how emotions are communicated as much through our eyes as our ears.)

If you’re open to recommendations, she’s willing to offer you additional learning resources as well as customized training activities to practice on your own. Going above and beyond, she even created a solo video recording of herself providing guidance to me between our sessions! She would routinely check in with me after sessions, requesting feedback about how it went, offering space for me to voice questions and concerns. True to her convictions, she would later alter her coaching approach, taking into consideration my current preferences and challenges.

Whether or not you’re a spiritual person, to experience life coaching with Jade is to be reminded of our divine innocence.
